Shannon Hudson, CPA, MST
Shannon started her career in public accounting right out of college with PwC in Boston working in the Personal Financial Services group with high net worth individuals, private equity & venture capital owners, and C suite executives. After nearly a decade in Boston, she migrated closer to home joining a mid-tier firm, continuing her work with high net worth individuals and honed her skills working with businesses, trusts and estates. Shannon works with a variety of clients ranging from individuals with complex matters, international taxation, professional services, to businesses in their start up stage and those preparing for exit.
A native of Bangor, Maine, Shannon moved to New Hampshire when she attended Bentley and fell in love with the Granite State. She currently resides in Bedford with her Chiweenie, Bella and two cats. When Shannon isn’t working or shopping, she loves bringing Bella to the dog park, playing Bingo (yes, Bingo) with her friends, participating in fantasy sports, cooking, yoga and her recent addition to the list, paint night!

Court Klein, CPA, CGMA
Court has over 15 years of public accounting experience, providing audit and accounting, tax and advisory services for an array of industries. He assists his clients from the company start up stage, advises and navigates them through their growth all the way up to and through successful exits. Court’s service offerings include financial statement audits, internal control advisory, risk evaluations, business combinations, international financial reporting (IFRS) and incentive compensation structures. In between leaving and re-entering the public accounting industry, Court experienced working on the other side of the desk as a controller in private industry, an experience that allows him to relate and fully understand what his clients need.
Court grew up in the Bedford, NH community and currently resides here with his wife, Stacey, children, Ella and Grant, and new puppy Willoughby! When Court isn’t working he can be found nearly anywhere outdoors whether it be rock climbing, bike riding, hiking or his newest adventure, spear fishing.

Pete Lachance, CPA, MST
After spending several years in the actuarial field and as an IT Manager, Pete changed careers and found his true passion helping clients navigate a complex tax world. With almost 20 years of experience, Pete specializes in complex tax and financial matters and he has a unique ability to translate technical topics into easy to understand concepts. He provides services to individuals, businesses, trusts and estates. Pete has experience in a wide range of industries including technology, venture capital, contractors, real estate, international businesses and professional services.
Growing up in New Hampshire since the age of 7, Pete is a large part of the Manchester community. Pete currently resides in Auburn with his wife Amy, children, Mary and Wills, dog and two cats. When not in the office or volunteering on non-profit boards, Pete can be found coaching on the soccer field and basketball court, camping with his family and hiking with his dog, Baxter. In addition to his passion for taxes, Pete is a long time lover of the game of golf and a wanna be Fortnite contender.

Paul Drinkwater, CPA
Paul started his career in public accounting right out of college with a mid-tier NH accounting firm working on a variety of clients, both in tax and attest services. After six years, he migrated closer to home joining the firm Johnson O’Connor Feron & Carucci, specializing in tax services. His clientele ranged from your local small business to large multi-state corporations, partnerships and the individual business owners themselves. After almost four years he then decided to reunite with his fellow colleagues in NH and joined Altair Group in January of 2021. Paul works on a variety of clients ranging from high net worth individuals, real estate, construction/contractors, technology, venture capital & professional services.
A lifelong native of Beverly, Massachusetts, Paul lives with his wife Kristina, son Alex and golden retriever Mac. When Paul isn’t working you can find him beating Pete on the golf course.

Lisa Baker
Lisa began her accounting career and spent almost twenty years at a Manchester, NH CPA firm where her attention to detail, quick learning skills and passion for accounting exceled her from an administrative assistant into various office management, tax preparation and bookkeeping roles. Lisa is a true “Jack of all trades” and you will hear from her often as she is our central hub and office quarterback.
When Lisa isn’t thinking about numbers, she can be found spending time with her husband, Sam & two little girls Ava & Alivia at their home in Weare, NH or enjoying all of the wonderful things New England has to offer like visiting a local farm, hiking to see beautiful foliage or skiing and snowboarding New Hampshire’s fabulous mountains!

Marissa Palumbo
Marissa is a talented Accounting professional focusing on financial statements, reviews and compilations, high net worth individual tax returns and business tax returns. Although she didn’t start her Accounting career out of college, her passion lead her back into the financial world. She started at the corporate office of Enterprise Rent-A-Car in 2014 as a Staff Accountant before taking a position at a public accounting firm in 2018. She joined the Altair team in January of 2019 and couldn’t be happier! Marissa is a graduate of both Assumption College and Southern New Hampshire University with a Bachelors in Accounting and a Masters in Accounting.
Born and raised in Worcester, Massachusetts, Marissa relocated and bought a home in Epping, New Hampshire with her fiancé where they reside with their two German Shepherds, Gia and Jade and their two cats. When Marissa isn’t crunching numbers, you can find her scootering around the Altair office, beating all the men on the golf course or snuggled up on the couch watching murder mysteries.

AnnMarie Smith
AnnMarie began her career in public accounting with a Boston firm after obtaining her bachelor’s degree in Accounting. A move to NH brought her to spend 12 years in the manufacturing industry, focusing on Inventory Control, MRP, and Accounting. Staying close to her boys during their middle school years, AnnMarie was self-employed and provided accounting support to an Enrolled Agent and maintained several bookkeeping clients. Prior to joining Altair Group, she spent 12 years in public accounting with a small firm in New Hampshire.
In addition to her work, AnnMarie is an active volunteer for Friends of Aine, a non-profit organization whose mission is to provide bereavement support for children and to create a legacy for her niece. Her family is her passion.

Lauren Tennett
Lauren began her career as a corporate audit and assurance specialist for a multinational manufacturing corporation. After performing audits of divisions around the world, she decided to stay closer to home to raise a family and made the move to public accounting. Lauren has over 10 years of experience working closely with a wide variety of clients, primarily specializing in individual tax matters. She focuses on providing her clients with professional services with a personal touch.
Lauren grew up moving all over the country before happily settling down in New Hampshire upon completing graduate school. She now lives in Goffstown with her husband, 2 daughters, and a small menagerie of animals. Lauren has a passion for helping her community and uses her accounting expertise to assist a variety of nonprofit organizations. When she is not volunteering or running her busy girls to and from their own activities, she enjoys cooking, gardening, reading, music, and travel.
